This series of charcoal drawings is based on the 64 hexagrams of the I Ching and investigates the interplay of constraint and its generative properties. It is a meditation on how initial starting conditions can result in an astonishing array of different outcomes, leading us to question if it is really possible to understand the relationship of cause and effect.
